Han River Bike Ride Date Course (feat. Fat Burning)

Today, we are going to talk about the Han River bike riding course that can only be found in Seoul.
Even if you don't have to ride, I'm going to explain the points where you can get on the subway and date your girlfriend.

Because I gain weight easily, I try to exercise normally.
Because I like water, I used to swim for about 2 years, and after that, I did fitness for about a year.
I feel that swimming is the best way to control my weight because I can't manage my weight well while doing fitness.
So, recently, I was swimming again, and the swimming pool was closed due to the outbreak of Corona 19.
It is the end of June, but the swimming pool I used is still closed.
However, I think it would be difficult to go to the gym wearing a mask.
Because I have sensitive and weak skin, just wearing a mask can cause many problems on my face.

So these days, I enjoy riding my bike.
Before swimming, I lost about 5kg while riding my bike last year.
At that time, I lost weight easily due to overdoing.
A bicycle consumes 500Kcal for an hour riding.
If you consume 1000Kcal~1500Kcal of food a day and burn it for two hours, you will consume 1000Kcal.
  
Then, almost all of the food you ate on the day or 500Kcal remains, but it is consumed in daily life and the rest becomes fat burning, so you can feel the weight drop.
If you go on a diet like this, you can get on the scale frequently while feeling the real weight drop every day.
Instead, it is physically difficult as well, so it reflects the rapid diet as above.
  

 

 

While riding the Han River, I will show you the scenic spots in the direction of Cheonho -> Yeouido.

 

It is the southern end of Yeongdong Bridge near the Han River from Cheongdam Station.
Every time I go from Cheonho to Yeouido.
When I watch the sunset, I think the view here is the best.

Due to diet, I ride a bicycle 3-4 days a week.
Among those courses, the sunset is best here.
That's why there are many people who stop here to take pictures.

It is right next to the southern end of Yeongdong Bridge. It usually passes by or there is a toilet, so I stop by the toilet for a while.

 

This is Pink Muhly on the Han River. (한강 핑크뮬리)
You can see it in the fall around September.
It is between Hannam Bridge and Banpo Bridge in the direction of Banpo Bridge and Jamsu Bridge.

 

 

This is the best place to go on a date with your girlfriend.
It seems like you can come in the daytime around autumn and take a photo with your girlfriend in the pink muhly background of the Han River and then walk to the third course in the photo.

 

 

If you look at the picture, you can see the road between Hannam Bridge and Banpo Bridge, and you can get off at Jamwon Station on Line 3 to the station.

I like the sunset here too.
The bridges on the left are Jamsu Bridge and Banpo Bridge.
From Cheonho, it takes about 40 minutes by bicycle.
Here, under the Han River, people are laying mats and they are like a stage, so I often do busking.
I think it would be nice if you saw Pink Muhly and come here to lay a mat and spend time.
If you are coming right away, follow the main road from the express terminal side and you will see the Han River right here.

Moonlight Rainbow Fountain (Banpo).
Normally, it operates from April, but this year, it has been delayed little by little because of the corona.

 

 

Early June -> Mid-June -> Now it is delayed to July 1st.

The fountain operation may be suspended depending on factors such as weather conditions (rainy weather, strong winds) and the number of citizens using the park.

This is Dongjak Bridge.
It is about 20 minutes more from Cheonho past Banpo Bridge.
It takes about an hour in total, and if you look in front of you from here, you can feel like a monster coming out of a movie monster.
But here is Dongjak Bridge's dating course.
There is a sunset cafe on Dongjak Bridge. Under the Han River, you can go up by elevator, and there is also emart24.

 

 

I haven't been there yet, but the night view is said to be good.
Next time I have a date opportunity, I should try it.

 

 

This is Yeouido Hangang Park.!!!
It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cheonho.
We haven't been able to go beyond Yeouido to the west.

When you ride a bicycle, you go around a lot.
Because of Corona 19, I cannot exercise indoors, so I mainly do outdoor exercise.

Corona is too much in the room to gain weight, so let's do a lot of outdoor exercise.
