Dumulmeori Dating near Seoul to escape Corona

Due to the aftermath of the corona, we are avoiding places where people in downtown Seoul gather, so we are constantly going outside the suburbs.

Also known as Dumeori Naru, it was a naru from Dumulmeori Village in Yangsu-ri, Yangseo-myeon to Gwisil Village in Gwiyeo-ri, Namjong-myeon, Gwangju City, and a river port of the Namhan River. It is said that there were over 30 ships when about 40 households lived in the village, and they also transported radish produced in the village, centering on the firewood produced in the surrounding mountains.

However, Dumulmeorinaru wasn't very advantageous as a descent because the current was strong due to the rapids next to it. Nevertheless, it is said that there were 4 to 5 taverns here, and there was also a mabang. This is because the area around Dumulmeori was both a port of call for the Namhan River and a key point along the road.
